Robot voice saying this is notice that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me & I need to call them immediately..

The number is 509-295-6815 and It's a SCAM

This number left tons of voice mail messages at my home. I ended up talking to a women with foreign accent telling me that that after reviewing my taxes there was strong evidence that I was defrauding the government and owed $1986. They said if the funds weren't settled in 24 hours that I would be arrested. They said they had sent me the paperwork 3 times and that now they could only move forward with legal action. They did call my cell phone (because I provided them with the number) and asked me to go to the bank and take out cash. Then they wanted me to drive to the closet Wells Fargo bank and deposit the funds into an IRS collection agency account. Talked to 2 males and one women. Big scan. They are ruthless and sneaky. Trick you into thinking you have a debt to settle

they keep calling and saying that my phone number has been chosen and given to them by Expedia, Marriott, Westin, etc and that I have been chosen for a vacation that is good to book only today for one of 5 places.

It was a text message

calling me threatening IRS is suing me. It is a recording and tells me to call another number. I believe I would have been contacted via mail through my accountant if this was true. Sounds like a scam

automated voicemail message came from this number, saying I was being sued. I tried to call the number and got a message saying it's "not allowed".

I didn't believe it cause IRS doesn't contact you this way.

Called anyways and asked for IRS badge ID# - Person responded with "48910" - I told them the number isn't correct. Asked where they are located. "They said why you call here" - sounded like back ground noise like in India call center. Then I said you said I owe money but this seems like a scam who is your manager? Then they called me a loser and don't call back here.
