Called store after close, claimed to be neighbor, asking for money. Gave wrong number to neighbor's place of business.

Someone pretending to be Toby Keith uses this number to try to get money from donations to his foundation in exchange for concert tickets and lavish strips. Also runs a Toby Keith romance scam from other numbers.
