This is a debt collection agency that is tenacious. They ask for a person whom I have never heard of and refuse to stop calling. After blocking this number they just call from another.

Claims to work for Department of Locator Services, so far I've talked to Kim Lewis, Jennifer Sullivan and even Tom Anderson (of MySpace fame).
