Received text indicating my dog's GPS tracker battery was low. Apparently "TAGG Tracker" has changed to "Whistle" and now sends texts from a phone number instead of a text from "Whisky" (which is my dog's registered name to the device". Calls are probably related to a pet GPS tracker service.

National Health Insurance robo dialer.
I was getting several calls a day from 419-946-5717 and 415-358-4862. When I answer the call you get a recorded message asking if you are interested in health insurance. No matter what I did it keeps calling back.
If you call the number back you get a message this is not a working number.
I tracked the real number done. Her is the real number 800-244-7786. I called them back and talked to someone on the phone this IS the place that is selling health insurance policies , asking then to stop calling me. I was told he will have my number removed and I will not get anymore calls.

I went to "The General" website to get an insurance quote. I thought the General was it's own car insurance company. Instead, I get sent to a page to pick out quotes from other companies.
I then end up getting a dozen or so phone calls from this phone number..... 3 phone calls in the past half hour!!!
