I received the call and a person was communicating with me but then I was confused because it sounded like an automated message so I stopped talking and the automated voice continued and acted as though I was answering enthusiastically towards the questions being asked and would go on explaining information. I am 23 and it was saying thAt there is a new all expenses paid program is Social Security for people over the age of 50
Keeps calling and saying vulgar and disguising things to me. I believe he is a stalker
