Really annoyed that this number called my cellphone at least five times today and won't stop calling and never leaves a message. Please stop calling my number whoever you are. I don't live in Inglewood, CA.

His real name is Richard Eugene Sipe. However, he uses multiple names. If you don't know he uses Dennis Decker, Rook, DJ WhiteOwl, Mike Baggz, Richard Vega, DJ Have, DJ Frank White, Joel Vega, Brian Sinclair, and I am sure he is going to use another one really soon.

Called to my cell phone. I let it go to voice mail. No message left. I called this number via land line and no one picked up.
I received a call from this number many times and they want information about a person that I know. I need the reason of the phone call.

I have this number on my blocked list, but I have received numerous voicemails from this number despite the block (they just go into a "blocked voicemails" list) The VMs are always at least 20-30 seconds of complete silence... followed by a noticeable hang up and disconnect at the end. Creepy.
