Knows my name. He proceeded to tell me that I have a refund from Chase Bank which I could claim by going to any branch of the bank the next morning. He then asked what ID I would bring to the bank tomorrow. When it became clear that I would not be giving him any personal info, he started yelling at me. It actually became more interesting.
