I was called for a court summons for some reason and I don't know what to do with it. I haven't done anything and I'm wondering what to do?
Got a call from my financial institution's "Fraud Department" regarding charges made on my debit card. I called back the number they left on the voicemail, and this was legit. An Embassy Suites employee ripped off my debit card number and went shopping at a store I'd never been to.
This is a scam artist who preys on craigslist ads. Do not accept a check from him and do not let him take anything without cash. Check the cash with a money pen. Or better yet just report him.
