Calls every couple of days but leaves no message

Calling to advise they need to make repairs to my computer. Saying they're from Windows Seven. They then mess up the computer and demand a fee to fix it. There was/is nothing wrong with my computer. These are people in India or Pakistan or some other Third World dung heap, trying to make a buck by scamming you. They use American names, "Hello, I am Robert, at Windows Seven." They called at 7 AM one morning. They are evil.
