267 Area code

I received this text early this morning. It read, "How are you doing? <my name in small letters> <My city and zip code> Begin http://xyr42.com/Hb0A4"

This number shows to be from Philadelphia and I do not know anyone from there. It is bothersome that they added my full name, city and zip code. But, the attach a link, made me very suspicious. I can't tell you who or what it is, as I'm not about to click on that link!
