this was to my cell phone hats on the do not call list..

I've received this phone number multiple times so I did a reverse phone look up because I don't answer numbers I don't know...turns out it is something to do with a free 7 day trial for something.

say IRS law case is open against me, ask to recall immediately. When I called back - woman with bad English asked my first/last name and said "wrong number", and hang up. Who are they?

Claim to be Boeing Employees Credit Union stating you have a lost or stolen debit card.

Female recording states they are Internal Revenue Services and the IRS is filing a law-suit against me. For additional info on this case-file call (253) 656-4769. Called around 4:00 P.M.
