Rachel from Card Holder Services. SCAM! Once they get your number they call and call and call. No way to get them to stop. Offer to lower your credit card payments. They say they are calling about your credit card and there is no problem with your credit card. I have asked numerous times to be removed from their calling list. They just call with a different number. This time it looked local.

They called twice today. First call was a female calling my first name. Second call an hour later with a male voice again calling my first name. Caller ID shows Avondale, PA, but Google research shows the call coming from Philadelphia, PA.
