This was a sales rep from Conductor who sent me a follow-up email when I didn't answer the call. Here is the text.

I get at least one call a day from this number. All I get on the voicemail is background noise/static.
Asked what type of business they said deal with loans not behind on anything so this is a scam
No msg - when I tried to return call I received a "the number you have dialed is not in service."
