They did not leave message, when I called back it was an answering machine that said 2 words in Spanish then beeped.

This number has called my landline which is an unlisted restricted number. It has happened several times. I answer, hello. They listen and hang up. I do not hear any possible ' mktg. representatives' in the background. It's quiet. Sounds like a personal call. I am concerned about this.
Recording said my bank card was locked and to press "1" (I did not press"1")
I held the phone for about 10 seconds and it automatically disconnected
