strange very creepy texts messages coming from this number to my phone, Very Creepy

It called

Phone rang and I answered. Guy by the name of Doug Osborne said my number showed up on his phone this morning and wanted to know why I had called him.
I told him I had no clue who he was and there have been no calls from my phone to anyone this morning

I'm getting texts and calls...Nothing threatening...just will not tell me who it is

I received a text and they won't tell me who it is

they called me saying they knew my name and actually said it and then proceeded to say I gave them my number but I didn't give anyone my number, and I'm freaked out about it.

Repetitive calls

This guy is running a phone donation scam for himself and at least one supposed ministry outreach center in Conway Arkansas.
