Phone number came up on parents caller ID as 231-445-5316 they left a recording saying I am some respondent with a claim number & to call back to 501-703-0180. Called the number back and it says it's not in service. Called the 231 number and it just rings.

Got a text asking if I was looking to get mobile money in 3 days. no name just test yes back to get info.
