Calls and leaves message that I have a time sensitive message that I must call about!

I recieved a phone call multiple times from this phone number. i tried to call it back several times, along with some friends trying to call it, and receiving no answer.I would like to know who it is that keeps calling me off this particular number

I received a text from this number saying something about funds are approved and the link is unknown. Anyone else received this text from this number?
