I was given this number as a number to call for a scam lottery win

Connected to an account that is also a problem, a [email protected].

They called me and when I called back they hung up

Called and asked for someone who hasn't been with the company for years, then asked to speak to whomever's in HR now. When I asked why he said "employment issues." Asked what sort of "issues," he said "just give me your HR dept." Told him I'd put him thru when he told me why he was calling. "I want to speak to someone in HR about employment issues." When I asked, again, what issues and where was he calling from, he said he'd call back and hung up.

This one is going to be going into the auto spam voice mail. :P
