I have gotten over 7 calls from this number. When I answered the phone once, there was an odd silence. Also, when I called back, this person's answering machine said "A cow". Hope it helps...
They called me about saying the 's is the government and that I was a chosen one and that they would send me 7500 dollars. They were asking for a security deposit and debit card number.

2nd attempt to contact and then a warning about having to appear before a magistrate or federal grand jury - to call 206-900-2174 asap.
It says on caller ID it is from Seattle Washgton and they say they are the U.S. treasury.
