Potentially scam I guess the guy use a U.S government grant approve and he try to get me paying for document shipment cost $3.00 it sound like Indian speaking accent.I don't buy that
Gotten two calls from this number today. When I answer nobody is there. Tried calling back and got recording that all circuits week busy now. Spam call. Also 202-666-3772 and 202-666-4771.
I was offered a tax-free grant of $7800.00 from the Dept. of Health & Human Services in Wash. D.C.
When I called the number they gave me (321-250-2678) and was hung up on 3 times. When I asked where they were they used some vulgar language and hung up on me. I am sure that they were trying to get my banking info , but I did not fall for there con game. It was evident from the background noise that it was not a real office!
Someone called me from this number and said that I qualify for a grant for 8,000 dollars and that I could have it in 45 mins. Sounded like a scam so I asked if I could call back.
A person call twice one from 202-753-0036 to my work number but would not give me any information unless I verify my last four digit of my SSN number, I told her no then she gave my last four digit of my SSN, I ask her what it was about so she said unless I verify my SSN she could not give me any information but she did say they was some kind of Arbitration firm at first and she has some serious claims against me. I hung up cause she refuse to give me the information.
Another women called me from 202-753-8036 same place same problem I will not verify my SSN so she could not give me the information she got mad and said cause I want verify my SSN number that she was going to start the process and take me to court. I hung up.
they buy some old debt that suppose to be yours and scare you into making a payment.
20x so far today and everytime I answer there is no sound just a slight buzz then it hangs up I'm getting very angry since nothing is known about it
i received a call from a person claiming to be from the goverment and that i was to be given money from a program called financial reward money of 8,000 with a money order which i had to pay 259 dollars for, i was to go to a walmart to get a money order immediately, just a scam to steal money. dont fall for this scam
I received a call from an Indian accent person saying I had won $7800 and said there was 3 ways to receive the money...
1 western union or money gram
2 checking account
3 bank or savings account
he gave me a confirmation id #
I asked for a return phone number just incase I had any questions and gave me 2026846958 asked to talk to Richard Parker
or Steve.... when I called back an indian race woman answered and said I had to sign some papers and deposit $200 via money gram
That's when I found out it was a scam :(
PEOPLE DONT BELIEVE THIS.... IF YOU SEND THEM MONEY YOU WILL NEVER SEE THAT MONEY AGAIN.
There is no such thing as Free!
States she is with Pegas Law firm, sounds legitimate but when I ask for any information about law firm they say they have sent it and I don't get anything.
