This number called my home phone several times, and the woman who on the line was very rude to my daughter when she informed the caller I wasn't home.
When I looked up the number, it was listed as belonging to a locksmith a couple of towns away, however, the woman who answered refused to tell me what sort of business they ran or what services they offered.
They leave a two second blank voicemail. Called at different times different days.
