scammer acting like they are wanting to give away a puppy....then they want to send you a link so they can supposedly run a background check on you to see if you are a dogfighter....really???

some company saying they are a mediation firm and that a visa in my name was obtained and never paid. they want a payment or they will take me to court. the message says we have a complaint abut you call us immediately. it sounds like a scam to get money. I dont even have a visa...haha on them.
I looked it up and the # is a voip out of Phoenix AZ

dont give out a business name when you call them .Different ppl answer with bogus names
