SCAM. Claimed to be with a company called www.eloan.com - does not appear to be a working website. Long story short - approved for an installment loan - asked to send $200 by money gram to prove I was worth taking a risk on (credit score below 750). I took down all the information but knew it was a scam - blocked their number but I am still receiving multiple calls!!!
Woman who sounded very Indian or Pakistani, saying that she was with the "Investigation department with the IRS" and that there was an arrest warrant out for me and to call her back right away. This number has called twice in the past hour, and will probably keep doing so all day, if this is similar to the "Federal Investigation" phone scam I experienced last month.

Scumbag trying to scam money from elderly people. Pretending to be Dave Sayer PCH for my grandmother, but refused to tell me what the call was about and hung up every time I answered the phone.
