Phone belongs to Keith Ranus, a known scammer working in the Houston area recently in a town called The Woodlands. He is one slick talking dude who will tell you anything, befriend you, meet your friends and then engage you in a business scam and try to get your money somehow. Bald-headed penguin looking asshole who claims to have been a male stripper in his early days. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
