Some Girl called saying that she "just stole this phone from the straightest man alive".
Person identifies himself as Scott from National Disability. Call does show it's coming from OH. However, I have gotten a call from this same person, but the state said TX on my phone. I also got a call from a Scott (sounded like the same person) who was calling from a 262 area code in Wisconsin, but this time Scott said that he was from Social Security Disability and he says that he's in Florida. This all seems pretty fishy!
