I keep getting calls from this number and they don't say anything but all I could hear is heavy breathing

Telemarketer. When I called to tell them they were calling my son's number, they hung up on me while I was talking. I called back and told them that they need to take this number off their call list, - they hung up on me again. Not only are they unsolicited calls. They are EXTREMELY RUDE!!!

I received a call from this two males with heavy accent stating that they are IRS officers, Officer Keren and John Peterson. They informed me that there is a warrant for my arrest and in order for the warrant to be taken off I needed to pay $2686. This is a scam. Do not trust them or give them any money. They werent able to verify who they were and I know it wasnt the IRS because at the moment the IRS owes me money. Again, dont trust them or give them any money.
