call comes in about 1:30am to my cell number staying on long enough for voice mail, however no message left

Some belligerent and inarticulate buffoon called my cell phone from that number and demanded of me (whom he addressed as "Mr. Don") that I stop calling him and harassing him and his wife. I couldn't understand half of what he said because he was so inarticulate. I have no idea who he was, and obviously he wasn't intelligent enough to correctly dial whoever it was who was bothering him, if indeed there was anyone. I have no idea who he was, since he didn't give his name, and don't know his wife either. Sorry, but I'm too educated to be able to understand apparently drunken buffoons.
The person that called my house from this number was very rude and unprofessional. When I tried to call back they would not answer there phone. I am guessing it is a scam.
Spam text received for app called Strava. 9:42 p.m. it came through. I texted back "STOP SPAM"
