This call arrives on my land line phone,As soon as I answer the call, the line goes silent.No voice or IVRS tone are heard,The line remains silent for upto 15 minutes and then the call terminates.

I get this call on Tuesday Nov. 14th this phone number is on my bank statement.. Caller ID always says Unknown Number, Private caller when they call Will call again next month,, I ask this person who is your company you work for no commentI says its Pay Pal

Straight up cashiers check scammer. I also was trying to sell a rifle on armslist. He tried to pay with a fake cashiers check with an excess agreed amount of over $3,000 and asked for me to deposit and get him the excess funds.
