Didn't answer. I called them back and talked to a phone jockey who was very cagey about what they do. Googled the name Convergent Outsourcing, Inc, and discovered they are a debt collector.
This number belongs to Victor E. Williams. He is a lisensed realestate broker in Michigan. He runs a real estate Co. called REALTY GIANT LLC, MI Co. No. D6135D. He is also a credit/trade line scam artist operating under a variety of web sites including: TRADELINE AMERICA; LEGAL CPN.COM; OXFORD and AFFILATE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. He also operates company called WILLIAMS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. This number keep calling and harassing my 68year old mother, and its the same lady, that will not give her name
Called asked for the person in charge of janitorial services and when I made up a name, because I felt the caller was a scam, he said, "Yeah that's his name! Can I speak to him?" - told him he wasn't available and he said he'd call back ---
It's the automated notification line from the Novi Public Library
Claimed to be from the counseling department wanting to talk to the parent of the high school student in the house. She knew my kids name and what grade she was in. Wanted to sell ACT prep materials. Pretty shady to make it seem like she was from the school.
Received a recorded message about Liberty Roofing in Detroit. No way to opt out. I have nothing to do with Roofing. Don't know why they are calling me but again, no way to opt out.
Called at 8:30 in the morning. Picked up and said who is calling at 8:30 in the morning and hung up. They called at 11:15 and i answered and no one said anything.
