Caller hung up when I answered

Recording says "There is a tax fraud against you so before it goes to fraud claims or you get arrested call this number". I was curious and did call it, it just rang and rang about 20 times no one picked up. Now blocked!

I saw a missed call on my mobile phone from this number. When I called it back, there was a recorded message saying that it was an "unconfigured number". Don't know what this means.
