This number had randomly texted me at 06/05/2015, Friday at 8:52am saying they were watching me.
I pick up the phone and there is nobody on the other end and when I call back it goes straight to a busy signal. I've also gotten multiple similar phone calls but the last four digits change.
Caller says my computer is infected with a lot of viruses, malware, and he was calling to help. that he could see from his location and wanted to verify if my computer was being hacked. Asked if I was using Windows 8.0? I stated if you can see what processor I was using "tell me"? Also said he was doing this thru Microsoft, I repeated you tell me. THESE FOLKS ARE HACKERS!!! I told him to stop reading from his script, I've received at least 6 of these calls already. I ended by stating "I DON'T OWN COMPUTERS" . He hung up
Received call identified himself as an "Officer"....hung up. I will call his private number and record the discussion.
I'm getting several calls from this number with a prefix of 422 or 421, different last 4 digits . They leave no message . When I try to call the number back it says the number is invalid. All I know it is located in Hammond somewhere
