He is an Internet/Craigslist Scammer; attempted to act like he lives out of town, and owns rental properties. ((Recently did this in Louisville, KY)) -- and states, "Ignore the FOR SALE sign in the yard, I had a bad experience w/the Realtor, and am now renting the home, and since I was cheated, I have no one I can leave keys to the house with in Louisville, but if you go by house, like it, you can fill out rental app (WITH PERSONAL INFO requested, btw) and you can send me the deposit, if you are approved to rent my house, and I will Fed Ex the keys to you in 103 days. You can go inside then, and see house, and if you don't like it, you can Fed Ex keys back to me, and once I received, I will send your deposit back."
BEWARE: He's working the Craigslist cities, and just tried this in Louisville, KY.

curious about number claiming returning call as my phone hadn't been used all day

I received call from 234-56789 and asked for a number where I can call them he gave me the number 210-873-8449.
He said I was qualified to receive up to $14,500 from the government but I had to give them my debit card number, last 4 of my Social Security #, or bank account #. They wanted me to deposit $200 and go to Walmart and ask for my Visa card.
