I have received calls from this number every weekday for the past two weeks, each time they ask for my mother (who lives with us, so I can care for her). When I claim to be her, they want me to provide her date of birth, and I don't let them get any further than that - refusing to provide such information.

The woman claims to be from United Healthcare (who does provide mom's insurance) - then sort of vaguely says she needs to give me "important" prescription refill information. When I told her I need more information - "who are you? because my insurance company never calls me to remind me about refills - my pharmacy takes care of that." She then claims to be from the "Concierge Refill Reminder Program," but quickly backs out of the call, telling me to call the number on the back of my ID card if I need help.
