"IRS lawsuit against you."
IRS communicates via mail.

Received a phone call from this number - left an automated message. I called back and a gentleman answered said I had reached the IRS. When I told him I had received a message he wanted to know my phone number. I told him that since they were the ones to call me he should have my number. He then told me not to be rude, then requested my number again. I asked what the call was about and repeated that since they called me they should have my number. He then said F*** you and asked for my phone number again. I told him not to call my number again and hung up.

IRS filing lawsuit. Didn't call back. Obvious scam.

Said they had a law suit against me in a recording when I called back they said they were the IRS. When I said I didn't believe him he said fine hang up then. I expected a call back but he didn't. Be warned this is a possible scam don't give information.
