I called this number, and got all the help I needed to fix my computer for free. She was very good in computers and the best things was I got it fixed for free and also she suggested some free security softwares. I will definitely recommend to all my friends.

Got a call today about purported foreign intrusions on my laptop. Allowed access. Scam. Microsoft cleaned it up but at a cost. Tried to report to FTC but could not due to their byzantine Web site.

My husband got a call from a Paul Williams from Online Tech & Support saying his laptop network was not secure. My husband unwittingly gave him access to his laptop which showed supposedly foreign IP addresses which were accessing his information. Eventually he offered a Network Firewall software program for purchase, which we declined at this time. So I looked up the phone number and found someone else experienced something similar. We called Microsoft and they schooled us and also looked at his laptop to see if anything needed to be fixed.

He said he was tech for microsoft tech support. He tried to get access to my computer. I called microsoft to check it out first. They said they will never call for problems on customers computers. He also said he is in Florida. I guess thats real close to Kentucky. Ha ha
