Man with extremely thick accent asked for me by name and then said a bunch of stuff I couldn't understand. When I asked him to repeat himself, he said "uh huh" and wouldn't answer me. He was silent for a few seconds and I asked if he was still there, but no answer. I could hear other people in the background. I hung up after that. It seems like a scam (why would someone call just to keep you on the phone without actually telling/asking you anything??), but cannot be sure.
