This guy is a complete scam. He finds real rentals then reposts it on Craigslist as if he is the owner. He gives you a story that he is out of town so he can't show you the property. Then tells you to fill out an application and fax it to him. He tries to convince you to send in a deposit so he can "fedex" the keys to you for the rental.
