Called me and message read: "Internal Revenue Service. The reason of this call is to inform you that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file. Please call immediately on our department number 315-825-4203. ....."

it was still going on.. i hung up

They called 4 times today. I called them back and told them not to call me again. They immediately called me back. I have friends who are IRS investigator and work closely with the IRS daily.. I told the man again to not call me again and that I have reported them to the IRS and I know they are NOT the IRS and are scammers. He said "alright Bitch" and I hung up on him.

They have called twice today and they want information like my ssn so they can verify who I was I said to the irs agent to give me the number that's on the lawsuit and I would let him know if it was mine he hung up the phone.

They have called me twice this morning. I was informed that if it was in fact the IRS they do not call they send a letter out to you if they are filing papers against you. they do not call and leave a number that is not even in the local area you live in. SCAMMERS. Nasty foreign man says that I am going to jail for defrauding the IRS. when I asked ? about what the case number was he hung up on me

this number had a recorded message supposedly from the IRS. That's all I needed to hear and hung up, got two calls today!

Just got this call too... They get quite defensive on the phone when I started asking them questions.... Hung up on me twice... So then I called back and now get "The verizon wireless customer you are trying to reach is unavailable...."

I called back, answered a man with a very strange accent. Said he's Officer Kevin Jones batch ID 120956 and they had an audit on me for the years 2009 to 2012... bla bla bla bla.... When I started asking questions how did they have an audit without me and so, he just hanged up...

Caller claims to be IRS, everyone has a spanish accent, call these fuckers back and said i was from the irs, they hung up. Bunch of scaming bitiches
