Same as above comments. Recorded message saying that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to call the number back for more information. When I called the number back, it just kept ringing. My mother also told me it was a scam because she heard about it in the local newspaper. If I'm not mistaken the IRS will contact you in writing not over the phone.
