Left message stating they were from the IRS and this was my last warning. I called the number back and asked for details about my case number, how come I didn't get any other notices, etc. Was told that there wasn't any paperwork to send me because it was too late. I either needed to pay what I owed or there would be a warrant out for my arrest and that my driver's license would be suspended for up to five years
