Caller claims the U.S. Govt has $9,000 grant money for me due to a random demographic survey they conducted. I was asked to bring $250 cash to my nearby Western Union +$9.99 for the transaction fee. The $250 would be refunded within 15 minutes; the $9.99 was not refundable. After I completed the two Western Union forms they would wire me the grant money. Right.................I believe that....not.
