I don't know who this is but this is the 3rd call I've received from this number- they never leave a message. It's a little eerie as this number is very similar to my own. It can't be a mis-dial as they're calling ME. Used Spy Dialer to hear the voicemail greeting for this number- it's just a 3 second blurb w/ a man's voice saying "please leave a message." No name, no other info. Googling the number produced a woman's name- Kathleen Stapp. Bottom line is it's annoying as hell. Since they won't leave a message I'm putting them on the blocked caller list.
