They wanted to assist me with an issue I was having with ACCESS.gov on a Wisconsin state site.
I ANSWERED THIS CALL AND THE RECORDING SAID THEY WERE CALLING FROM BCBS-INDIANA WITH AN 800 NUMBER. I LIVE IN TEXAS. THEY WERE SPECIFIC TO MY NAME AND ONCE I PRESSED 1, AN OPERATOR CAME ON ASKING ME IF I COULD VERIFY MY BIRTHDATE. I ASKED WHAT THIS WAS IN REFERENCE TO AND THEY SAID THEY WERE OFFERING HEALTH CLASSES THRU MY INSURANCE. I TOLD HER I WASN'T INTERESTED AND SOUNDED QUITE SUPRISED THAT I WASN'T INTERESTED. HUNG UP, CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AND IT SAID IT WAS NOT A VALID NUMBER.
I believe this is a. Mortgage Firm calling my husband. They call almost every day. And if I answer on the occasion that I do they immediately hang up. It's annoying.
