Very suspicious call from "Tony", trying to re-finance a loan from a bank. He kept transferring me around to "Mike Williamson" who does not exist, Cynthia from "Quality Finance", Matt or Steve from the same company...SCAM

This guy is one of four scammers involved in the same scam. His name is scott d brown these four scammers use the same number that is masked to hide their true number. They use bandwidth.com to achieve this.. They advertise products online and after you send them money usually threw money gram, they dont send the product. Also they then set their phones to block you from contacting them after they get your money.
They all use the number 443 457 0728.

Diamond Resorts International. Never says anything when calling, but always a recorded voice when calling the number. They call late at night and multiple times per week.
