I filled out an application to the social service. I was missing a copy of my work check for the month of June. I only added the month of July, they need 2 months back June and July, that I have worked. He wanted to be able to get the form to not miss food stamps. He was nice. The number was not a call back number 805-658-4306, but if you have an answering machine as I do. He left a called back number 805-584-4888, it's just about the application that a form is missing.
