Texted me about a charge on my BoA card, and I don't even have one. When I called the number it had an automated message that due to fraudulent charges they had to cancel my visa debit car, again - don't have one. Then asked for my card number, security code and exp date...
Received call from 1(646)663-7940 on 6/15/15 at 11:59 AM CST
Caller rang once, and did not leave a message.
After researching number:
everycaller.com reported that 1(646)663-7940 was a 'telemarketing scam.'

So I ignored number.
This person claims to be a "George Coin" that is over in West Africa working for USAID. He has a house posted on several websites that he claims he owns and is trying to rent it out in Knoxville,Tennessee and that his sister is handling everything while he's away. He can't provide any proof, he can't even spell or use proper grammar. He has already been marked fraudulent on several sites including hotpads. com
He is a scam artist! He also uses the email address [email protected]
calls DAILY even though my number is listed on do not call list. (sometimes more than once a day).
Beware they are scammers threatening you with a lawsuit saying you took out a loan from some lending company. They will usually have a lot of information on you to make you think they are legitimate. Do not give these people any information. If you did change your bank account right away.
