We had a system installed by Total Securty System Phoenix AZ, Dave Kinsey 602-808-4400. During the years of using the Total Security System, we had 6 service calls. I now need my second service call in months. The system doesn't seem to stay on line as needed. To fix that, they sold unneeded items. Then on one service call, they damaged the connections. Then they refuse to fix the damage unless I purchased more items and a subscription. I through a fit and the device man walked away. The Total Securty System just doesn't seem dependable enough for our installation 6 exterior cameras.
