Grant from government

I received a call from a man with a Mideastern accent who said I will receive $6,700 grant money because the Government is giving it to me because I am a good citizen of the US, not filed bankruptcy in the last 6 months and that I was to call this # 518-643-4154 and ask for Charlie Williams. I smell a scam.
