I don't know anyone from the Richardson area and don't recognize this phone number. I did not answer it. If no message, then it must be an erroneous call.

I live in Germany and got a massage with a german text saying: I can see you on whatsaap
Fun fact I don't have whatsapp.
A few minutes later I got a call fron the same number. I did not answer.

It started out as a wrong number text and then it devolved into a series of questions that got very personal very quickly. I consulted with a friend who told me to immediately block the number and not to text this person back at all, whatsoever. The whole conversation was in spanish, by the way

Scam, scam, scam! Pretends to want to buy your car without seeing, driving, or even asking any questions about. They insist you buy report from ivan.com (or other bogus website) that is supposed to be like carfax. They get your money and credit card info and that will be the last you ever hear.

This number called 4 times on Friday, September 11, 2015 and was asked to take us off their list. They called again the following Monday and again were asked to take us off their list. Ditto for Tuesday and Wednesday.
