I received a text from 4437471753 after placing my ad on craigslist as a web designer.
He called himself Harry Howard and asked me if I would place weekly ads on craigslist on his behalf for rental houses.
I am a designer and live in California, I traced this number and thought he could ask some one in the same state and this is not my job anyway, why should he wants me to place ads on behalf of him?
Looked suspicious to me, I said No Thanks any way, I think if those ads are scam they will go from my email address, and might be a problem for me, not for a "phone number" that I don't even know who's texting from!
This is another scam - trying to get you to pay them for false debt...claiming they are going to sue you.
Again, they try to be a process server. But when ask for the correct file #, so can check with the county, it is fake.
Some lady presenting herself as Christy trying to get me to enter into a private chat room with her... I wouldn't trust her if I was you.
I got a call this morning from some woman saying i was selected to recieve $250 visa gift card and some other stuff that she mentioned i was very skeptical. So i didnt really listen to her . the number was 1-443-252-8225 i need to know if it was a scam. please help !!
